Bid Manager – Tier 1 Contractor

Salary: Up to £85,000–£90,000 + £5K car allowance + performance-based bonus

Join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major new build and refurbishment projects across life sciences and leisure sectors. As a Bid Manager, you\’ll play a key role in securing high-value, two-stage bids within both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bid processes, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Work across a collaborative team including Proposals Manager, Cost Planner, Technical Manager, and Planner
• Target strategic projects and develop compelling bid strategies
• Produce high-quality written content for bids

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bid management, ideally within Tier 1 contracting
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing skills with a strategic approach to bidding
