p A successful and rapidly growing construction, maintenance and compliance services business is now looking to add a Bid Manager to their work winning team on a hybrid basis. /p p br /p p The Bid Manager role involves pulling together everything needed to create strong, well‑organised tender submissions. You’d be the person who turns technical and operational details into clear, readable content, keeps the bid plan on track, and makes sure everyone involved knows what they need to deliver and when. The role includes reviewing requirements, coordinating contributors, shaping the structure of the submission, running kick‑off meetings, and keeping the bid library and case studies up to date. It’s all about making sure the final document is accurate, presentable and submitted on time. /p p br /p p Day to day, the job suits someone who’s confident writing, great at organising moving parts, and comfortable working with people across different teams. You’ll need to juggle deadlines, ask the right questions, and turn complex information into something simple and engaging. Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive attitude go a long way, along with the ability to build good working relationships and keep things running smoothly even when the pressure is on. Construction, Social Housing or FM experience is required! /p
