A rapidly growing fit out and design & build contractor based in London are looking to add a Senior Bid Manager that will take ownership of complex, high‑value tenders from initial client requirements through to post‑tender interviews, ensuring submissions are accurate and compliant. This hybrid role requires translating technical and commercial information into clear bid plans, coordinating inputs from project, design, and commercial teams, and maintaining control over quality, consistency, and deadlines.
You’ll be the central point of contact for all live tenders, driving clarity, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring every submission reflects the company’s capability and approach. You will lead and develop a team of Bid Managers, coordinators and writers, providing hands‑on guidance, reviewing content, and ensuring all written and visual material meets client expectations and branding.
