You will support our key administrative tasks that keep our Unity team running. Our Unity team is responsible for a key strategic pillar of our business – beers, wines and spirits, and we’re looking for a new member of our team who shares our passion for working in this industry.
You will be supporting the Unity Commercial Manager with administrative tasks such as keeping trackers up to date, making sure we have accurate records for forecasting and invoicing, along with supporting the Head of Unity and the Wine Buyer with admin tasks for setting up new products.
Part of this role will involve working closely with and covering the Unity Support Executive, ensuring the smooth running of the Unity Club Collection scheme and the samples process. You will be in regular contact with internal departments and external contacts; being able to communicate effectively and deliver great customer service is really important to us.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills will be essential. We pride ourselves on our category, so you’ll need to have an interest in the food and drink industry and be willing to support the wider team.
