We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This role involves managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, supporting the sales function, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients.
We also require the individual to check online platforms to ensure orders come through accurately and promptly. Upselling is also something the individual is required to be able to perform in and succeed. Supporting all departments and working as a team is crucial.
The hours are 15:30-23:30 Monday to Friday with the availability to cover any shifts potentially required. The Business operates 7 days a week 24hrs.
