An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team, reporting into the Route Planning Support role. This is a development role designed for someone looking to build a career in logistics, distribution and data analysis. The role would suit an operator who is keen to develop new skills, broaden their experience and gain practical exposure across routing, transport performance, compliance and logistics systems.

Working closely with Route Planning Support, Transport Managers and depot teams, you will support day-to-day distribution activity by reviewing operational data, maintaining accurate system information, monitoring performance and helping to identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and cost control. The role provides hands-on experience across multiple operational sites, with structured on-the-job training, mentoring and exposure to different depot and distribution models.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop their skills in this area, training and development will include:

  • On-the-job training in logistics operations
  • Exposure to multiple depots and distribution models
  • Training on systems including Season ERP, PODFather and Geotab
