As one of our Hygiene Operatives, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers are kept safe by keeping our working environment clean. You will be reporting to the Business Unit Director and working within our Hygiene team. Being a food environment we take hygiene very seriously, you will need to ensure you comply with strict hygiene standards at all times.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness of our production areas, machinery and external areas of the site. This will be anything from a full deep clean which will involve taking machinery apart, using chemicals and routine daily cleaning. As you can imagine, this role is naturally physical which will help keep you fit where you are on your feet moving around throughout the shift. The aim of this role is to keep everything spotless, signed off and maintained to the highest standard to help ensure we continue to achieve our BRC accreditation.
