Bidfresh Limited is seeking a Category Manager to lead the commercial strategy, sourcing and development of the Fresh category across the Bidfresh group. You will report to the Buying Director and drive profitable growth through strategic buying, supplier partnerships and category development.
You will own the category for Fresh Salmon, Seabass, Haddock, Cod and other species, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and work with sales, logistics and marketing to optimise quality,
