About the Role
As our Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet of 40 vehicles operating across 4 locations. This is a highly visible and influential position where you will lead a team of dedicated drivers, manage day-to-day transport operations, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and compliance of our fleet through approved providers. While our fleet is primarily vans, we also operate under an O Licence with three 7.5t vehicles, so a CPC qualification is essential. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, problem-solve on the move, and take pride in delivering a safe, compliant and customer-centric transport operation.
