As Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing operations, warehouse, and most importantly… the people! You’ll recognize good work in the team and motivate them—your priority! You’ll lead the team, prioritizing safety and working towards shared goals of delivering excellent service.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching the team to reach their full potential
  • Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages at the right time
  • Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety, and service
  • Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to meet targets
  • Conducting quality investigations

You’ll promote and manage safety at all times. Ensure goods are picked, numbered, and stocked safely and efficiently. Maintain and organize company equipment to maximize productivity. Most importantly, role model our values, especially during challenging times. We’re looking for someone who cares about the team and the quality of service we deliver in our fast-paced warehouses.
