- Coaching the team to reach their full potential
- Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time
- Managing recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and service.
- Responsible for managing commercial vehicles, cages and pallets
- PPE, vehicle checks CV servicing MOT’s, VOR’s, temperature checks, near misses to name a few!
- Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
- Carrying out good quality investigations
- And no matter what you’re doing, you’ll always be promoting and managing all safety
