About the role
Sales Team Leader
We have an exciting opportunity within our Sales department. As a part of the sales leadership team, you’ll play an essential role in helping us achieve our targets by delivering the right service and support to our customers on time.
The Sales Team Leader combines advanced sales expertise with responsibilities for supervising, coaching, and motivating a team of sales executives. Your daily tasks will include achieving individual and team KPIs and targets, and ensuring high performance across all sales centre activities. This role involves providing immediate guidance and coaching to sales executives and ensuring adherence to sales processes. The Sales Team Leader works closely with the sales centre management team and sales executive teams to maintain high standards of customer service and sales excellence. Competency with IT-based systems is also required.
The successful candidate will need to be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30.
You should be personable and professional, approachable, and supportive to your team and customers. The role requires working towards targets with an accurate, methodical approach and a passion to succeed.
