Receipt Management Clerk

About the role

Receipt Management Clerk – Temp Cover for 6 months – Office Based in Southport (North West)

• Posting all payments received
• Allocate all payments received – account reconciliation sometimes required
• Ensure remittances are verified for import into cash allocation system
• Liaising with internal customers – credit controllers and cash management
• Chasing remittances
• Monitoring remittance inboxes
• Assist with direct debits
• Use multiple in house computer systems along with Microsoft Office and Teams
• Hybrid working when probation is passed (3 days office, 2 days home)

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Time management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience of using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of allocation packages / systems is of benefit, but not essential – full training will be provided
