About the role

Overview of role

As our Group Leadership Development Partner, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning programmes that develop existing and future senior leaders. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, People Partners, and wider L&TD community, you’ll co-create and embed leadership solutions aligned to our business goals, values, and cultural ambitions.

You’ll design scalable, blended learning journeys that blend facilitated sessions, digital resources, and coaching. You’ll deliver 1:1 and group coaching to senior leaders, support competency framework development, and evaluate impact using real data to continuously improve what we do.

This is a high-profile, hands-on role with real scope to shape leadership culture across our group of companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the group to assess leadership capability needs and co-create development strategies.

• Design and deliver tailored leadership programmes that reflect our Vision, Mission and values — Care, Share, Dare .

• Coach senior leaders individually and in groups to support growth, leadership impact, and performance.

• Review and evolve leadership competency frameworks to ensure alignment with our future capability needs.

• Build strong, trusted relationships across all businesses to become the go-to expert in senior leadership development.

• Create accessible, blended learning pathways using digital tools and on-demand content.

• Lead programme evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s model (levels 1–5) to measure impact and ROI.

• Promote inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and a culture of ongoing learning.

• Stay up to date with trends in leadership development and bring fresh insights into our approach.

• Provide flexible support across other L&D projects in Sales, Business Support, and Operations as required.

What we’re looking f or

Essential

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes for senior audiences.

• Qualified or experienced coach with a strong record of supporting senior leaders.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Skilled in blended learning design and digital platforms.

• Experienced in using psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan, 360 feedback, MBTI).

• Strong business acumen with a focus on impact and ROI.

• Able to measure learning outcomes using frameworks like Kirkpatrick’s model.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and values-led.

• Committed to continuous professional development and bringing in external insights.

Desirable

• Experience developing or implementing leadership competency frameworks.

• Coaching qualification (e.g. ICF, EMCC).

• Knowledge of wholesale, foodservice, or multi-entity businesses.

• Experience supporting leadership through change and transformation.
