Customer Service Executive
📍 Location: Nottingham NG16 4HY
đź•’ 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (bank holiday working may be required)

Play an important part in our journey
As a Customer Service Executive at Bidfood, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding service to our customers. This is a position where you’ll play a key role in handling and resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails
- Resolving a wide range of customer service issues with confidence and care
- Using your judgement to provide quick, effective solutions
- Liaising with colleagues across the depot to ensure clear communication
- Supporting process improvements to enhance the customer experience
This is a varied and fast-paced role. You’ll need to stay organised, think on your feet and always keep the customer at the centre of everything you do. You’ll build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, making a real impact every day.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly, professional telephone manner
- Has experience handling inbound calls (preferred)
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys problem-solving
- Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
The details
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Bank holiday working: Required as needed
