Admin & Customer Service Assistant
This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all our customers. You will resolve a wide range of customer service issues via phone, email, or colleagues, using your excellent judgment and communication skills, along with your passion for excellent service. You will also seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards further.
You’ll manage various credit requests, requiring a high degree of accuracy. Your proactive and collaborative nature will enable you to handle and resolve other administrative requirements that arise.
You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate, with an understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Your attention to detail and organization will be excellent, supported by strong IT and finance skills.
Success in this role will leverage your influence and impact across the depot, ensuring a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
