As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on building strong relationships with your customers. Through virtual channels, you’ll take the time to understand their needs, upsell our products and services, and drive growth – all while delivering excellent service every step of the way.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:
- Take the lead on customer orders over the phone, using your foodie expertise to guide choices and become a trusted product advisor.
- Spot opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of items they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value.
- Support our digital customers as they grow their businesses, providing guidance and building their confidence.
- Turn insights into action by analysing buying patterns and sparking meaningful, impactful conversations.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolving issues smoothly while maintaining strong customer relationships.
