About the role
This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all our customers. You will be resolving a wide range of customer service issues mainly on the phone, but also via email or your colleagues; using your excellent judgment and communication skills, and your passion for excellent service. You will also seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards further.
You’ll be required to manage all call logs you have created, ensuring calls are completed and closed promptly. Being proactive and collaborative will help you handle and resolve other administrative requirements as they arise.
You must be a skilled and natural customer service advocate with an understanding of its importance in a food distribution environment. Your attention to detail and organization will be excellent, supported by strong IT skills.
Success in this role will leverage your influence across colleagues in the depot to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
