Bidding Limited, a leading UK Bid Consultancy, is recruiting for an Account Executive to help support our next phase of growth with our exciting new AI bid software. This role is UK based and can be either remote, hybrid, or working from either our Wakefield or Edinburgh offices.
Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and expanding our customer base. Detailed Description
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive growth and improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve product and sales strategy
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-oriented
- Experience selling to businesses working in the public sector

- This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary range of between £35k and £45k (dependant on experience) plus:
