Play an important part in our journey
As Warehouse Day Shift Manager, you’ll lead the operational requirements of the Warehouse department across all shifts in line with financial targets and compliance whilst also providing the best possible level of service to our customers.
You’ll manage a team responsible for delivering operational excellence & team engagement within the warehouse.
Some of the key parts of the role
- Achievement of KPI’s through effective guidance and coaching of direct reports.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day order fulfilment across the Warehouse.
- Create an engaging environment and collaborative culture.
- Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages in the right way, at the right time.
- Promoting effective management of recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, and service.
- And no matter what you’re doing, you’ll always be promoting and managing safety.
