We are now looking for high-performing, commercially focused sales professionals to join us as Business Development Managers. The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be winning profitable new business within your territory. You will:
- Identify, target and convert new free-trade customers aligned to our growth strategy
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Stretching new business targets set annually
- Lead structured onboarding to ensure long-term customer retention
- Work in close partnership with our Sales Centres to embed and grow new accounts
- Own and execute a territory growth plan using insight and data
This is a performance-led, high-impact role with clear accountability and strong earning potential.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking driven, resilient and commercial sales professionals who thrive on acquisition. You will demonstrate:
- A proven track record of delivering new business growth
- Strong prospecting discipline and pipeline management
