Your main responsibilities will include:
- Follow the company collection procedure to minimise bad debt.
- Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries.
- Providing invoices to customers and statements.
- Monitor customer credit limits and spend and run credit reports when required.
- Monitor customer payment plans.
- Producing reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls and suspend deliveries.
- Taking card payments and setting up customer direct debits.
- Attend depot visits when required and building relationships with customers and sales team.
- Follow company procedures for closure of a business, Liquidation/administration/legal transfers.
To be successful in this role, you will:
