As a Sales Executive, you'll become a trusted partner to your customers, building strong relationships and helping them get the most from Bidfood's products and services. Using phone, email and digital channels, you'll identify opportunities to grow sales, recommend products and provide outstanding support that keeps customers coming back. No two days are the same. One moment you could be helping a customer place an order, the next you'll be identifying opportunities to increase sales, discuss new products or support a customer in growing their business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Taking customer orders and providing product recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Helping customers discover new products and promotions
  • Analysing buying patterns and identifying sales opportunities
  • Supporting customers with enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, account management or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for achieving targets
  • The ability to identify sales opportunities and add value for customers
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
