Our client, a growing construction contractor is looking for a driven Public Sector Bid & Framework Coordinator to help build and manage our public sector pipeline from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role — perfect for someone who enjoys creating structure, building relationships, and generating a consistent flow of opportunities. Public Sector Bid & Framework Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Identifying and registering the business on procurement portals, frameworks and DPS platforms
  • Monitoring tender opportunities daily and managing our opportunity pipeline
  • Completing supplier questionnaires, pre-qualification documents and framework applications
  • Building and maintaining a library of tender responses, case studies and compliance documents
  • Developing relationships with local authorities, housing associations and framework providers
  • Supporting bid preparation and coordination with estimators and directors

What we're looking for in a Public Sector Bid & Framework Coordinator

  • 2–3 years' experience in bid, procurement or tender coordination within construction
  • Solid understanding of UK public procurement processes
  • Experience with portals such as Proactis, Delta eSourcing, In-Tend, Contracts Finder or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in social housing, planned maintenance or compliance sectors is a bonus
