A well-established management consultancy is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join its team. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Bid Writing Team to ensure timely and high-quality tender responses. You will be responsible for identifying and logging opportunities from tender alert sites for review.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft high-quality tender submissions to win new business.
- Source opportunities from portals, frameworks, and inbound leads.
- Follow Go/No-Go assessment processes for potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Consultants for solutions development and innovation.
- Attend launch and mid-bid review meetings, ensuring thorough understanding.
- Conduct research on potential clients to shape bespoke tender responses.
- Review and proofread tender responses to meet client objectives.
- Manage post-tender clarifications within stated timescales.
- Contribute to the bid library and tender process improvements.
- Experience in bid writing and tender management, ideally in consultancy or professional services.
