A well-established management consultancy is seeking a Senior Bid Writer to join its team. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Bid Writing Team to ensure timely and high-quality tender responses. You will be responsible for identifying and logging opportunities from tender alert sites for review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-quality tender submissions to win new business.
  • Source opportunities from portals, frameworks, and inbound leads.
  • Follow Go/No-Go assessment processes for potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Consultants for solutions development and innovation.
  • Attend launch and mid-bid review meetings, ensuring thorough understanding.
  • Conduct research on potential clients to shape bespoke tender responses.
  • Review and proofread tender responses to meet client objectives.
  • Manage post-tender clarifications within stated timescales.
  • Contribute to the bid library and tender process improvements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in bid writing and tender management, ideally in consultancy or professional services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with a proven ability to produce high-quality tender submissions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
