Proposal Manager

Bid Solutions is currently recruiting for a Proposal Manager to join a global systems integrator. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven professional with a knack for developing high-quality proposals.

What You\’ll Do:

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage proposal content
• Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and strategy sessions
• Ensure proposals are 100% compliant and meet high-quality standards
• Write and edit key proposal sections
• Enhance the proposal process to improve win rates
• Support the development of proposal tools and resources

Who You Are / What You Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in RFP proposal development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual (English plus German, French, or Scandinavian) is considered an asset
• High ethical standards and a positive attitude
• Passionate about providing world-class service
• Committed to growth, accountability, and delivering results
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
