Commercial Finance ModellerFixed-term contract to June 2027 | Home-based with one office day a week in Twickenham | Competitive packageOur client is going through a major business transition, and an internal promotion has opened up a hands-on role for an experienced commercial finance modeller.You’ll report to the Finance Commercial Director and own the modelling behind the change. That means transition budgets, the future operating model as assumptions move, TUPE data and what it means for next year’s numbers, interim forecasts, the budget and the five-year plan. You’ll also model contract variations and change control, and support longer-term business modelling where time allows.We’re after someone who understands how a business works, not just how a spreadsheet works. You’ll be able to pick this up and deliver with limited direction, producing models that stand up without being reworked.You’ll need:Strong business modelling experience, well beyond Excel analysisExperience of TUPE transfers and their financial impactAdvanced ExcelThe confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholdersA Big Four background, experience of a major transition or contract renewal, and exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools would all be a bonus.The preference is a fixed-term contract, but a day rate will be considered for the right person. Office time is flexible and can be grouped into four days a month. Start is as soon as possible.
