As their Bids Knowledge Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they manage, organise, and optimise their Bids Knowledge Base. Your work will directly support their bids process, helping them win new opportunities and continue delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a varied role that blends content management, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and emerging AI tools. You'll be central to ensuring the Bids Team and wider firm has access to accurate, up-to-date, and AI-friendly content.
Bids Knowledge Coordinator Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining and enhancing the Bids Knowledge Base.
- Reviewing and updating case studies, credentials, and internal content with SMEs.
- Optimising content for AI compatibility and searchability.
- Implementing robust content governance processes.
- Driving innovation in knowledge management, including AI-powered retrieval and deep research.
- Training colleagues and promoting knowledge-base best practice.
- Managing enquiries via a shared mailbox.
- Identifying new business opportunities from tender alert services.
- Setting up SharePoint sites and coordinating bids meetings.
- Conducting due-diligence checks.
- Developing a strong understanding of the firm’s propositions.
- Contributing to process improvements and continuous innovation.
- Experience in knowledge or content management (ideally within professional services or bids).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across the business.
- Familiarity with knowledge systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Understanding of how content interacts with AI tools (experience is a bonus).
