A global leader in commercial real estate is seeking a Pricing Manager to support its EMEA operations. This role focuses on developing commercial pricing strategies and financial models for outsourcing opportunities across multiple service lines, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with client objectives.

Ideal for a commercially minded, detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach and a passion for delivering strategic pricing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build pricing models and operating budgets for complex, multi-service line bids
  • Lead financial consolidation and risk analysis for regional and global pursuits
  • Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to shape winning commercial strategies
  • Prepare client-facing pricing deliverables and support negotiations
  • Drive improvements in pricing tools, processes, and data integrity

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years\’ experience in commercial real estate, consulting, or corporate real estate
  • Strong financial modelling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor\’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field
