Bid Coordinator Duties

  • Own the end-to-end bid process from planning and kick-off through to submission
  • Keep everything on track, manage timelines, flag risks early, and make sure nothing slips
  • Coordinate across the business and bring together Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Ops and more
  • Run the bid engine and take ownership of a leading bid platform (Loopio) and ensure content is accurate and up to date
  • Protect quality & compliance, check every submission meets client requirements and internal standards
  • Improve how bids are delivered, streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and boost efficiency
  • Build a stronger content library, capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is reused

Bid Coordinator Experience & Skills
