We are currently recruiting for two Bid Managers to join an international engineering consultancy.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing winning strategies and defining persuasive win themes with Key Account Managers.
- Managing virtual bid teams across sales, marketing, finance, legal and project management.
- Building compliant, competitive commercial models and managing risk.
Requirements:
- Proven bid management experience in engineering services or nuclear.
- Strong commercial awareness (NEC3/4 exposure desirable).
- Excellent project management, writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree level education (or equivalent experience), APMP Foundation preferred.
- Advanced MS Office capability.
