Are you an experienced proposals or bid professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a confident Proposals Manager to lead the development of compelling, high-quality bid submissions across a range of sectors and markets.
In this role, you’ll act as the quality lead on major opportunities, managing bid writers and SMEs, shaping persuasive response structures, facilitating answer-planning workshops, and ensuring all submissions are clear, compliant and strategically aligned. You’ll also champion best practice, support knowledge management, and use AI-enabled tools to drive smarter, more efficient bidding.
What you’ll bring:
- 5 years + of experience in proposals management and bid writing (highways and rail experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content
