Role Overview: Seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bid Writer to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll craft compelling and persuasive bid responses that showcase the company's strengths and win new business. Reporting to the Bid Manager, your words will be instrumental in telling the company's story and demonstrating why it is the best choice for clients.

What You'll Do

• Craft Persuasive Proposals: Develop high-quality, tailored EOI, RFI, and RFP responses that align with client requirements and highlight unique offerings.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather insights and information, ensuring proposals are comprehensive and accurate.
• Manage Tender Processes: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting final proposals, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse feedback from previous bids to refine and enhance future submissions, contributing to overall success rate.
• Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research into new clients, translating their culture, wider company goals, and ethos into bid responses.

What You Need

• Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the catering or facilities management sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with InDesign is a plus.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
