An established insourcing company is expanding and now require an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator to join them. In this role you will own the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to submission, acting as the sole dedicated bid professional. The goal is to create compelling, compliant and winning proposals that secure insourcing contracts with NHS Trusts, Health Boards and the HSE in Ireland. Bid Writer / Coordinator Experience & Skills Required: * Sector Expertise is essential. * Must have proven experience writing winning bids within the UK healthcare sector. * Previously worked with a clinical staffing agency, insourcing provider, outsourced healthcare provider, or private hospital group. * Must understand: NHS structure (ICS, Trusts), HSE structure and the critical differences of devolved nations (Scotland, Wales). * Must be fluent in Clinical governance, clinical terminology and the specific drivers behind insourcing (waiting list reduction, internal capacity building). * A proven track record of authoring high quality, persuasive narrative responses. * Must be able to develop \”win themes\” and articulate value propositions. * Demonstrable experience managing the entire bid process: coordinating contributors, managing timelines, ensuring strict compliance and submitting via portals (e.g., Atamis, NHS SBS, CCS). * Standalone Resilience. We are looking for a self-starter, not someone used to a large bid team. * Must be exceptionally organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision. * Need the confidence and diplomatic skill to chase and manage senior internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical leads/Director, Operations Leads, MD) for essential input. You can be based from home, but able to travel to the Birmingham office for meetings when required. For more information or to apply, please contact Lisa Easthope at Bid Solutions
