Job Description
A high-performing bid team within the soft FM industry is seeking an experienced Bid Team Leader to lead the production of high-value bids, tenders, and presentations across diverse sectors. This role oversees a team of proposal professionals to deliver compelling, compliant, and strategic bid documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to produce standout bid submissions.
- Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from kick-off to submission.
- Drive bid strategy, win themes, and content innovation.
- Manage workflows, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion best practices in bid management and creative delivery.
- Review bid content and design elements of the proposal, jumping in to assist if necessary.
What’s Needed:
- 5+ years in senior bid management roles using best practice methodologies like Shipley.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in deadline-driven environments with a creative edge.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
