The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 € per year.

This is primarily a design-led position, with day-to-day output spanning everything from menus and signage to social media assets and email campaigns. You’ll also bring marketing instincts and some writing ability to support content and social activity, with occasional involvement in bid design when the team needs it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing high-quality design work across print and digital formats using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Owning visual brand standards, ensuring every asset is polished and consistent across all channels
  • Designing materials for large contract mobilisations – site-specific collateral, launch packs, and branded assets – often to tight turnarounds
  • Creating engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, and the website
  • Supporting the bid team with compelling, beautifully formatted proposal documents and presentations
  • Collaborating closely with operations, sales, and senior leadership to deliver work that makes a real business impact

What’s Needed

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating quality across print and digital
  • Expert-level Adobe InDesign, with solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills
  • An exceptional eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition
  • Experience working to brand guidelines across a wide range of materials
  • Ability to juggle multiple briefs and deliver to deadlines without compromising quality
  • Solid written communication skills for social and marketing copy
  • Bid/proposal document experience
