This is a high-impact Bid Coordinator role where you’ll sit at the heart of the action, driving submissions from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring every bid is polished, compliant and on time.
Bid Coordinator Duties:- Own the end-to-end bid process from planning and kick-off through to submission
- Keep everything on track, manage timelines, flag risks early, and make sure nothing slips
- Coordinate across the business and bring together Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Ops and more
- Run the bid engine and take ownership of a leading bid platform (Loopio) and ensure content is accurate and up to date
- Protect quality & compliance, check every submission meets client requirements and internal standards
- Improve how bids are delivered, streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and boost efficiency
- Build a stronger content library, capture lessons learned and ensure best practice is reused

Bid Coordinator Experience & Skills:- Solid experience in bid coordination or a similar structured, deadline-driven role
- Strong understanding of the full bid lifecycle
- Confidence managing multiple bids at once without losing detail
- Experience with bid tools / content systems (Loopio or similar)
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset – someone who spots problems early and solves them fast
