We are looking for a practical, hands-on Deputy Venue Manager to join our small, friendly team supporting the day-to-day running of the Signing Tree Venue. Working alongside the Venue Manager and Chef, you will help deliver exceptional conferences and hospitality services.
This is an active, operational role where you will be involved in:
- Room setups
- Customer service
- IT/AV support
- Hospitality delivery
- Stock handling
- Ensuring high standards across the venue
You’ll also deputise for the Venue Manager when required.
About You: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, practical, organised, and comfortable working in a small, busy team. You’ll enjoy variety, take pride in delivering great service, and be confident stepping in wherever needed.
Desirable experience includes:
- Conference, events, or venue operations
- Hospitality, catering, or food service
- Basic AV/IT setup or meeting-room technology (desirable but not essential)
