Enjoy working in this Senior Bid Manager position where you will have real influence across the work-winning function, bridging the gap between Business Development and the Bid team. • Lead on the production of high-quality written content and ensure submissions are aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver compelling, compliant tender responses.
  • Review tender documentation, identify risks and opportunities, and support bid decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Bid Management within social housing, property services, compliance or M&E environments.
  • Proven ability to manage bids end-to-end and contribute to win strategy.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and improve bid processes.
