Working within a close-knit, supportive work winning team, you'll play a key role in the management and delivery of high-value bid submissions, working closely with the Bid Coordinator team, the Bid Manager, Head of Work Winning and the wider team to maximise the practice's success.

Key Duties
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process across a range of opportunities, including portal management and submission
  • Use Adobe InDesign to produce visually high-quality bid documents that reflect the standard and reputation of the practice
  • Contribute to writing, editing and reviewing bid responses
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the practice to gather content and produce compelling proposals
  • Assist with bid library management, including CVs, case studies and project photography
  • Report on bid performance and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
Experience Required
  • Previous Bid Coordinator experience, ideally within architecture, design or a related built environment or professional services environment
  • Strong InDesign skills - essential for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
  • Willing to travel to Southwark 3 days a week
