The Bid Manager role will entail producing compelling tenders by collating and writing information across the group and applying a consistent style. An exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take a bid team to the next level, reporting into the Sales Director and alongside a Bid Writer.
Key Duties:- Bid Management: Lead the coordination, research, collation, and writing of bid submissions
- Produce comprehensive and compelling tenders by collating and writing information across the group and applying a consistent style
- Coordinate the bid process, ensuring internal stakeholders meet agreed deadlines
- Maintain and improve processes, procedures, templates, guidelines, and documentation to support bid excellence
- Build and maintain an accessible library of supporting evidence for tenders
- Design engaging graphics and presentations that effectively communicate sales messages
- Handle administrative aspects of submissions, such as compiling case studies, CVs, policies, and other essential documents
- Proven Bid Manager / Bid Writer experience
- Background in professional services / consultancy ideal but not essential
- Can manage the entire bid process in collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to travel to Central London up to 2 days a week
