Bid Manager Hybrid – (4 days home, 1 day in London) £55,000 – £65,000 Basic + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Holidays + Pension On offer is the opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management company who provides a full range of FM, predominantly for the private sector, as well as having an interest in expanding their public sector portfolio. Enjoy working this autonomous Bid Manager role, reporting into a Head of Bids that has played a pivotal part in improving bid strategy and strike rates, contributing to the business’ record year in 2024. This Bid Manager role will entail management of the full bid lifecycle, specifically for hard services contracts, taking bids all the way from conception to submission.
