This is a varied Bid Manager position which can see you bidding into the Education sector one day, Healthcare the next and Commercial Offices or Stadiums & Events the following week. As Bid Manager, you will lead the end to end proposal process to secure new business and retain existing contracts. It is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants a happy working life, reporting into a great Head of Bids, offering autonomy and support within a worldwide leading business.

Key Duties:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of bids from qualification through to submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear win strategies
  • Coordinate and challenge internal stakeholders, SMEs, and contributors to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Culinary, HSE, and other support teams
  • Ensure that solution design, operational models, and value propositions align with client needs and organisational capabilities
  • Produce clear, persuasive, insight led written content that reflects Aramark’s brand, strengths, and differentiators
Experience Required:
  • Proven Bid Manager / Proposals Manager experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capability
  • Happy to work remotely
