On offer is the opportunity to join a growing facilities management business, supporting the delivery of high-quality bids and proposals across a range of private sector opportunities. Reporting into an experienced Bid Manager, this role would suit somebody with a genuine passion for writing, creativity and communication, looking to build a long-term career in the progressive world of bids.
The business has an established presence across sectors including food retail, logistics, distribution, leisure and events, working with a range of well-known national customers. They are passionate about developing ambitious individuals internally and can offer a supportive, collaborative environment where somebody can genuinely grow their career over time.
Key Duties:- Drafting and editing high-quality written responses
- Ensuring all submissions are tailored to client specifications and evaluation criteria
- Maintaining and updating the bid library
- Meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively
- Working with SMEs to extract information and best practice examples
- A strong writer with excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Somebody creative, curious and commercially aware, who enjoys researching and developing written content
- Backgrounds such as a Degree in English, Journalism, History or similar essay-based degrees is advantageous
- Confident working within a fast-paced environment and comfortable working to deadlines
- Willing to do five days a week in Leeds
