Reporting into an experienced Bid Manager, this role would suit somebody with a genuine passion for writing, creativity and communication, looking to build a long-term career in the progressive world of bids.

The business has an established presence across sectors including food retail, logistics, distribution, leisure and events, working with a range of well-known national customers. They are passionate about developing ambitious individuals internally and can offer a supportive, collaborative environment where somebody can genuinely grow their career over time.

Key Duties:
  • Drafting and editing high-quality written responses
  • Ensuring all submissions are tailored to client specifications and evaluation criteria
  • Maintaining and updating the bid library
  • Meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively
  • Working with SMEs to extract information and best practice examples
Experience Required:
  • A strong writer with excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Somebody creative, curious and commercially aware, who enjoys researching and developing written content
  • Backgrounds such as a Degree in English, Journalism, History or similar essay-based degrees is advantageous
  • Confident working within a fast-paced environment and comfortable working to deadlines
  • Willing to do five days a week in Leeds
