Bicycle Partnerships is a specialist brand partnerships agency working across arts, culture and entertainment. We connect leading brands with some of the UK’s most exciting cultural organisations — including West End productions, theatres, museums, galleries, film and experiential attractions. Our partner network spans all sectors including retail, food & drink, hospitality, travel and media. Campaigns are inventive, fast-moving and audience-led, ranging from prize draws and competitions to content creation, themed menus and cocktails, influencer events, window displays, live installations and traditional media & promotion. Our focus is on reaching new audiences, capturing data and driving ticket sales for our clients through strong creative storytelling.
We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to support the delivery of brand partnerships across our client portfolio and assist the running of the agency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-driven, with an interest in marketing, partnerships and live entertainment. You will work closely with the wider team to help manage campaigns, support partner relationships and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a London-based role with flexible remote-first working. Regular in-person meetings and occasional attendance at Central London events is required.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day delivery of brand activity across multiple client accounts
- Assist with the management and growth of Bicycle’s prize and content platform Culture Cycle, including:
- Webpage set-up
- Scheduling email communications
- Helping populate and monitor Instagram content
- Provide administrative support for partnerships and promotions, including set-up and wrap-up
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are accurately briefed and delivered to schedule
- Liaise with competition winners, partners and clients to coordinate prize fulfilment
- Track relevant industry news and share insights with the team
- Assist with presentations, reporting and internal systems as required
- Previous experience within an agency or marketing environment is highly valued
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Genuine interest in brand partnerships and marketing
- Enthusiastic about live entertainment, arts and culture
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Docs / Sheets
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to attend events in Central London, including evening theatre performances
- Work across some of the UK’s most exciting cultural and entertainment clients and the country’s leading brands
- Flexible, remote-first working with a great work life balance philosophy
