You will shape a world-class beverage and events offering, build a high-performing team, and create the kind of personalised, effortless experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave.Location: Bicester Village (On-site)To be considered for this position, candidates will need to have significant experience in curating premium beverage menus and managing premium bar services and teams
- Owning the full beverage operation, from curating seasonal menus and managing stock to building strong supplier and brand partner relationships
- Hosting and delivering bespoke experiences for our most exclusive guests, leading the team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
- Driving operational excellence through refined service standards, briefing routines and a culture of continuous improvement
