Sales Associate - Full Time

We are looking for a sales associate to join our existing team. We offer a 32-hour weekly contract with opportunities for overtime to reach 40 hours, working 5 out of 7 days.

Timberland is a subsidiary of VF, the world’s largest apparel and footwear company, comprising over 10 brands.

If you are an active lifestyler, you are likely familiar with brands like Timberland, The North Face, Vans, Napapijri, Supreme, and others. These brands are sold in over 1,200 stores across 100 countries.

As a sales associate, your role is vital in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Share your passion for Timberland products with customers.
• Maintain a store environment that is always customer-ready.
• Learn about our products to inspire customers.
• Drive sales by understanding the store’s targets.
• Follow store standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proactive, with a can-do attitude.
• Enjoy interacting with people, able to listen and understand customers.
• Interest in active lifestyles, fashion, or retail trends.
• Fast learner, embracing new challenges.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Ideal candidates love interacting with people, have a passion for the brand, and excel at delivering great customer service. Being a team player and contributing to a positive environment are essential. Prior retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; the right attitude is most important.
