Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central people team is hiring a People Reporting Analyst The role Location: Bicester Village (1 – 2 days per week in office) This is a 12 month FTC What you'll be doing A few of the key responsibilities in this role: Deliver clear, trusted People reporting that turns workforce data into insight and supports evidence-based decisions across the Collection. Keep People data accurate, well governed and secure, in line with data protection requirements. Improve reporting by simplifying, automating and standardising processes, and help colleagues use and understand the outputs with confidence. Work with People, Technology, Finance and business teams to understand their reporting needs and explain data in clear, commercial language.
