Overview

Join to apply for the HR Advisor / Coordinator role at Bicester Village.

As our HR Advisor you will act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing expert guidance and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. You will also provide key coordination support to the wider HR team.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village 3 or 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and support across the UK employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Manage the administration of the Bicester Village onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters, including systems access, equipment coordination, benefits and payroll set-up, and induction preparation
  • Take ownership of the Bicester Village payroll input, benefits, and pension administration processes, liaising with payroll providers, benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Provide first-line advisory support on employee relations issues (e.g. conduct, capability, absence management), escalating complex or high-risk cases to HR Business Partners as appropriate
  • Guide and coach managers on performance management, absence, probation, and general employee well-being in line with UK employment law and company policy

  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR / People Advisory, Generalist, or Coordinator-level role
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR policies
  • Comfortable advising employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Highly organised and able to manage administrative and coordination duties across multiple workstreams
  • Strong ability to maintain and update trackers, HR systems, and employee records with accuracy
